It was like a building site outside. The hotel was tatty and in need of refurbishment. The room was not serviced the second day ot at all. I guess you get what you pay for

I Like the Hotel because the staff were very curtious and helpful.
I really did not care for the location of the Hotel! It's located in what looks like one of the poorest areas of the city!

The hotel has well laid out rooms in a superb area downtown. the location is favorable and perfect for visiting the National Museum. - the hotel offers a special atmosphere and a good choice of nice dishes. - the service is kind of amazing, everything is good.

As per my booking with you , the stay was only for two days.even then they charged me for three days.this is not fair .this is unexpected too.i have early checked in , but charging a whole days is not acceptable. I request the refund of one day charges please

Had an aexcellent gym.
Room was shabby, light in bedroom would not turn off, airconditioning control did not work. The toilet feeder pipe leaked, the bed was rock hard, room service and reception did not pick up the phone. The area was pretty scruffy and very dirty.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the training center under the Ministry of Health. It is also just a short 10-minute walk from Murabba Palace. - the breakfast was satisfying, with a wide variety of delicious food options.

Clean excellent accommodation with very friendly staff and perfect location near the historical center. The rooms with the cupboards and the sofa bed, for instance. Location right by mall, and an electronic components market. Good service and good value.
